Terms of Usage
We hereby inform you that the administrator of the collected personal data is the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (abbreviated as IBCH PAS) located at Z. Noskowskiego 12/14, 61-704 Poznań;
REGON 000849327, NIP 777-00-02-062. With respect to your personal data please contact: dpo at ibch dot poznan dot pl.
Your personal data is processed for:
- identification, authentication and authorization in the portal in order to give you access to particular resources (login and password, name, surname, institution/company and project you are collaborating on with IBCH PAS),
- improving the usability of our infrastructure (how did you learn about our infrastructure and what are you planning to use it for).
In the case you wish to use our computational infrastructure you should specify that information in the registration form (designated checkbox) and provide your public ssh key for authentication purposes on our computational infrastructure. Moreover, using the computational infrastructure requires creating an additional account in our LDAP. As a result, all the other users of the computational infrastructure will be able to view your name, surname, e-mail and login. It is motivated by the fact that we would like to give the users a possibility to share their experiences related to the computational infrastructure. If you do not agree to share these contact information with other users, please do not use the computational infrastructure and do not select the corresponding checkbox either.
The recipients of your personal data will be limited to the administrators of the portal and the computational infrastructure in the case you register to use only the portal. In the case you register to use also the computational infrastructure, your basic personal data (login, name, surname, e-mail) will be shared with other users of the computational infrastructure.
Your personal data will not be forwarded to any third party.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that you may, at any time, request IBCH PAS to present you the data we collect about you, modify these data or request IBCH PAS to remove them. The latter is equivalent to the resignation from access to the portal and the computational infrastructure.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that your personal data is processed to provide you a desired functionality of the portal and the computational infrastructure. Your data is not processed in any automated profiling process.
In any case you have a right to submit a complaint to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (DPA) located at Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, phone: 0048 22 531 03 00, fax: 0048 22 531 03 01, e-mail: kancelaria@giodo.gov.pl.
By accepting these terms of use (selecting the corresponding checkbox) you confirm that you have read them carefully and you accept the processing of your personal data for all the purposes listed above according to the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
